Skipping Stone has an extensive network of highly talented and respected C-level, senior management and staff level resources who can be available on short notice. Our resources have a reputation for excellence in leadership, and have all held positions in the industries we serve.  

At times most companies find themselves in a resource crunch.  This may be due to:

1. The recruiting process is taking too long
2. Restructuring or a shift in the business plan
3. Unusual workload peaks or crisis situations
4. M&A or relocation transitional issues
5. Project deadlines require extra resources
6. New initiatives and a desire to test before fully committing to hire
7. The departure of a key person

It’s not unusual for our resources and their respective Clients to end up “falling in love” with each other and desire to make the arrangement permanent.  We encourage this and have structured our agreements in anticipation of this outcome.
