 Mr. Felton possesses more than 22 years of experience in the energy industry. He brings extensive experience in the e-business, customer care systems, and back-office and accounting technologies. With mission critical systems knowledge and strong technology project management skills, he has been recognized consistently for his ability to deliver results.
Prior to joining Skipping Stone, Mr. Felton was Partner of Business Edge Solutions, Senior Vice President of DMR Group, Partner at Price Waterhouse and a Principal with American Management Systems.

- Bruno Kvetinskas – Principal – Houston
 Mr. Kvetinskas has spent over 20 years working in entrepreneurial environments for energy corporations of all types and sizes. He has a strong background in several energy commodities, such as natural gas, oil, power and products. During his career, Mr. Kvetinskas has successfully structured transactions across the energy life cycle, including commodity production, gathering and transportation, generation, and asset sales and maximization. Mr. Kvetinskas has lead several “best practices” initiatives in business and business consulting environments. This experience includes strategy development, software selection, integration and implementation, financial reporting development and enhancement, product development and M&A work.
Prior to joining Skipping Stone, Mr. Kvetinskas held the tile of Vice President with TransTexas Gas, Ledco and Louisiana State Gas.

- Greg Lander – President – Boston

 Mr. Lander has more than 22 years of experience in the
energy industry.
His accomplishments include starting
one of the first independent natural
gas marketing firms,
establishing a successful energy consulting practice, and founding an energy technology solutions company.In addition,
Mr. Lander was a founding member of the
Gas Industry Standards
Board (GISB), which
established business practice and communications
protocol standards for both the regulated and
unregulated natural
gas industry. |
- Dean Morreton – Principal – Chicago
 Mr. Moretton has been in energy sector for 21 years and brings the experience of navigating as President, three start-up companies from inception through growth, venture capital investment, and acquisition. Along with his leadership and vision, Mr. Moretton has successfully demonstrated an ability to create product & acquire market presence in N.A, Europe, Asia, and South America, deliver complex projects in software & construction, and add value through his thorough understanding of electricity, energy markets, alternative energies, risk-management and financial trading markets.
In addition to his President positions, Mr. Moretton has been a Vice President at an international bank, a Director at an international energy company, a Board of Director member on two companies, and an accomplished author and conference presenter with publications in Public Utilities Fortnightly, Power Mart Conference and Con-Energie.

- Peter Weigand – Chairman – Los Angeles
 Mr. Weigand has been CEO of three companies in the technology, energy and professional services industries. He has also been COO of a European telecommunications company and EVP of Corporate Development executing an international roll up strategy.
Peter has taken a company public, bought and sold companies, performed turn around crisis management services, managed triple digit growth, and is or has been a member of 5 boards of directors, both public and private.
Awarded an Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2002 and one of Pennwells’ 50 Most Influential in Energy Technologies, Peter has also been published in Business Week and Forbes magazines.
Peter is a member of ACG and NACD.
